
Cold Pickling of Green Tomatoes
Description
From the amount of ingredients listed, you can prepare one 2-liter jar of tomatoes. It is recommended to store the finished preserves in a cool cellar or in the refrigerator. In winter, the tomatoes will make a good appetizer alongside main dishes; they can also be added to various salads and even used to make pickle soup. Good luck. Store in a cool, dark place.

Thoroughly wash the green tomatoes. Remove the stems.

Prepare the leaves and greens; wash everything. Peel the garlic.
