Pickling Green Tomatoes
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. The tomatoes are prepared in their own juice, without brine. Within 5 days, the juice almost completely covers the tomatoes. After that, store the tomatoes in the refrigerator or in a cool cellar. Good luck. Store in a cool, dark place.
