
Cold-Method Cucumber Pickling
Description

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, then place them in a basin. Cover them with clean, cold water and let stand for 4–5 hours.

Drain the water and trim the ends of the cucumbers on both sides.

Rinse the currant, cherry, and horseradish leaves. Peel the garlic.

Thoroughly wash the jars with soap. Place a couple of leaves, garlic, and dill on the bottom.

Alternating cucumbers, leaves, and dill, pack everything into the jar, filling it to the top.
