Casserole in 5 minutes
Description
If you want a casserole that in 5 minutes will delight not only your taste buds but also your guests, stick to the recipe. At first glance, the mixture may seem too runny, but it will change during cooking. Another important point—microwave oven temperature should be high enough. If desired, you can add dried fruits, raisins, etc. to the "batter."

Step 1

1. You'll need a minimal set of ingredients for this casserole. You can use any cottage cheese, but keep in mind that if you choose fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese, you'll need to add more semolina to the "batter."

Step 2

2. Mix all the ingredients together at once. When I have time, I sieve the cottage cheese, but most of the time I stick to the "five-minute" recipe.

Step 3

3. The batter should turn out slightly runny. Do not add flour under any circumstances; instead, replace it with two tablespoons of semolina. Now pour the batter into one mold or several small molds (I often use silicone muffin cups) and place in the microwave for 5 minutes (the microwave power should be set to very high).

Step 4

4. I had a medium-sized round silicone mold (18 cm). If the mold is larger or you double the mixture, it's better to divide it into portioned parts or increase the cooking time.
