Casserole in a multicooker
Description
The baking process is simple and quick. To ensure the casserole is nicely browned on both top and bottom, after cooking you can place it back into the multicooker upside down (top side down) for another 10–15 minutes, using the "baking" mode. You can decorate the casserole with powdered sugar (either plain or mixed with cinnamon, which will add a pleasant aroma), as well as with coconut flakes. This baked dish pairs wonderfully with whipped cream or sour cream. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First of all, before proceeding to the main part of preparing cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker, you need to prepare the raisins. To do this, soak them briefly in warm water, then drain in a colander and rinse.
- 2
Step 2

Now proceed to prepare the casserole. Separate the egg whites from the yolks (you can set the yolks aside for now). Place the egg whites in a deep bowl, add salt, and beat with a whisk or mixer until thick foam forms.
- 3
Step 3

Take a bowl with egg yolks, add sugar, cottage cheese, baking soda, semolina, and raisins. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. At this stage, there is no need to use a mixer; a spoon or spatula is sufficient.
- 4
Step 4

Next, add the beaten egg whites to the cottage cheese-yolk mixture, gently stirring with a spatula so the mixture retains its fluffiness.
- 5
Step 5

Before placing the finished dough into the multicooker bowl, thoroughly grease the bottom and sides with butter.
- 6
Step 6

Place the cottage cheese casserole with raisins into the multicooker bowl, and use a spatula to smooth the surface. Close the multicooker and set the "Baking" program for 45 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

After 45 minutes, open the multicooker and carefully run a spatula along the sides of the casserole to loosen it from the pot in case it has stuck. Now remove the pot with the casserole from the multicooker and quickly invert it onto a large flat plate. The cottage cheese casserole in the Polaris multicooker is ready!
