Casserole in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The casserole turns out very tender. It's loved by both adults and children. The ingredients are layered as follows: 1st—cabbage, 2nd—onion, 3rd—carrot, 4th—tomato, 5th—cheese or cheese product. Serve hot.

Step 1

Boil the cabbage in slightly salted water (about 5 minutes). Divide it into small florets and place them as the first layer in the multicooker bowl, previously greasing the bottom with oil.

Step 2

Next, add a layer of onion sliced into rings. The third layer is grated carrots, using a coarse grater. On top of that, place a layer of tomato sliced into rounds—this will be the fourth layer.

Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the vegetable casserole. Season with herbs and salt to taste.

Step 4

In a separate container, mix the eggs, milk, and sour cream. Beat the mixture and pour it over the casserole. Close the multicooker lid and cook the vegetable casserole for 40 minutes using the "Baking" setting. When the sound signal goes off, turn off the multicooker and let the vegetables rest for 5–7 minutes. Then cut the casserole and serve.
