Description
The baking is simple and quick. To prepare the casserole in the microwave, first you need microwave-safe cookware. Then do the following: 1. Sauté finely chopped onions with mushrooms in heated oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Cut the chicken into cubes. 3. Grate the cheese. 4. Place the chicken in the baking dish, add a layer of onions and mushrooms on top, pour cream over it, sprinkle with cheese, then spread mayonnaise on top (it's convenient to use a mayonnaise package with a dispenser). 5. Put it in the microwave and cook until the cheese turns golden brown. That's it—now you can tell your friends how easy it is. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
