Description
The bake is easy and quick to make. You can prepare the “Raw Pasta” casserole for a filling family lunch or dinner in a hurry. There is no need to boil the pasta in advance; it goes into the oven dry. You can substitute cream for the milk in the sauce, and use flour or starch instead of eggs. A variety of vegetables will add variety to the casserole: tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and so on. Each time you will get a new and interesting flavor—save this recipe. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all ingredients.

In a deep bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater. Combine them. Set aside half of the grated cheese for now.

Add dry pasta.

Pour in the egg-milk mixture and mix everything together.
