Apple casserole for diabetics
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. To make the casserole as smooth as possible, be sure to blend the cottage cheese with an immersion blender or pass it through a sieve. If desired, you can add fructose to the casserole, but usually the sweetness of the apples and raisins is quite enough. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
