Casserole with pumpkin, cottage cheese, and semolina
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. For the casserole, choose well‑drained cottage cheese, preferably homemade. Adjust the amount of semolina and sour cream as you go; it all depends on the type of cottage cheese. The cottage cheese mixture should turn out fluid but not runny. In addition to grated pumpkin, you can add any nuts or seeds to the casserole. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
