Cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker
Description
This is a very simple recipe for making cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker. Your involvement ends at the stage of preparing the batter—the multicooker will do the rest with the set mode and timer.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Meanwhile, grease the multicooker bowl with butter.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the eggs with a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

Add sugar to the egg mixture and whisk until completely dissolved and a foam appears.
- 4
Step 4

Pour kefir, cottage cheese, semolina, salt, raisins, vanilla sugar, and baking powder into the bowl. It's best to mix everything in a blender, but you can also do it by hand, although that will take much more time.
- 5
Step 5

Pour the resulting mixture into the greased multicooker bowl and set it to the "Bake" mode for 45 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Now the casserole can be cut into pancake-sized portions and served either hot or chilled.
