Cottage cheese and raisin casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cottage cheese desserts are a great everyday idea. You can serve this casserole for breakfast or with tea, accompanied by sour cream, your favorite jam, condensed milk, etc. This recipe uses very little sugar. In my opinion, it's better to sprinkle it with sugar or powdered sugar just before serving. The casserole itself should be predominantly cottage cheese with a characteristic tanginess rather than overly sweet. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
