Casserole with sausage and potatoes
Description
Despite its simplicity and unpretentiousness, I can honestly say this sausage and potato casserole turns out wonderfully. My family always welcomes it with great enthusiasm and empties their plates in just minutes. What I also love about this simple sausage and potato casserole recipe is that all the necessary ingredients are always on hand in my refrigerator, so I know preparing a quick and delicious dinner for my family won't be difficult at all.
Instructions

Step 1

It's best to use boiled potatoes in their skins here, but regular boiled potatoes will also work. So, peel the potatoes and slice them into 0.5–1 cm thick pieces. Cut the sausages into rounds as well. Next, lightly grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and arrange the potatoes in an even layer. Place the sausage slices on top of the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, then spread the mixture over the potatoes and sausages. Finally, generously sprinkle everything with cheese grated on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Since our potatoes are boiled, 20–30 minutes will be enough to bake this casserole.

Step 4

Once the dish has developed a fragrant, golden crust, it can be taken out of the oven and served as a delicious casserole at the lunch table. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
