Spinach and ricotta casserole recipe: 1. Rinse the spinach and let the water drain. Put the spinach in a spotlessly clean (unoiled) skillet and stew, covered, over low heat for 7–10 minutes. 2. Transfer the spinach to a plate and lightly mash with a fork. Add beaten eggs, flour, and salt to the spinach. Mix thoroughly. Then add the ricotta and mix. 3. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread in the mixture, place in an oven preheated to 190°C, and bake for 30–35 minutes. 4. The ricotta and spinach casserole is done! Serve with sour cream or yogurt. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
