Casserole with meat and potatoes
Description
Let's prepare a meat and potato casserole at home. I make homemade minced meat from beef and pork. Place the meat at the bottom of the pan, then layer slices of potato and carrot on top. Pour milk with spices over everything. Bake the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes. At the end, don't forget to add and melt grated cheese. Good luck!

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.

Place a layer of minced meat on the bottom of a thick cast-iron skillet. Put slices of potatoes and carrot rounds on top. Pour over the mixture of milk and spices. Cover the skillet with a lid and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

After 40 minutes, take the skillet out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and put it back (covered) into the oven for another 10 minutes.
