Casserole with Sausage and Cheese
Description
Peel and wash the potatoes, then slice them thinly—using a food processor with a mandoline attachment is very convenient for this. Slice the sausage and onion, and grate the cheese. Layer the ingredients, pour over the sauce, and bake in the oven for an hour.

We cut the sausage into small pieces. I use sausages.

Slice the potatoes thinly into rounds.

Grease the baking dish with oil. Place a layer of potatoes.

Slice the onion into half-rings. Place on top of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the sliced sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.

Again a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper. Add the onion, sausage, and cheese. Then potatoes again. We should finish with potatoes.

In a bowl, mix the milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Place the grated hard cheese on top. Cover the dish with a lid or foil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
