
Casserole with Broccoli and Salmon

Instead of fresh salmon you can use smoked salmon—it comes out with a bolder, more interesting flavor.

Cut the fish into fillets and dice it. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.

Separate the broccoli into florets and boil for 5 minutes. Drain in a sieve or colander so all the water runs off.
