Casserole with broccoli and minced meat
Description
When I used to tell my kids "casserole," they would react very negatively—shaking their heads and remembering the cafeteria's egg casserole they didn't like at all. But now they've come to love it, all because I presented this dish in a new way. It pairs wonderfully with creamy sauces, such as sour cream.

Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil, cook broccoli in it for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and place the vegetable into ice water. Let all the water drain off. Thaw the ground meat.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs, then pour in the milk and cream. Add the mustard, sift in the flour, and mix in the nutmeg, pepper, and salt. Grate 2/3 of the cheese into the dough. Mix everything well.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the meat mixture in it, then add the broccoli. Pour the batter over it and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake the dish for 40 minutes, then let it cool slightly. Enjoy your meal!
