Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Cottage cheese casserole is most often prepared with raisins. But why not bake it with fresh fruits, which will add juiciness, aroma, and a touch of novelty to this familiar dish? I'll tell you how. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Here is the full list of ingredients for making the casserole. I used only half a pear since mine was large. Choose a banana that's not fully ripe, but not green either.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, semolina, and sugar in a bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the banana and cut it into cubes about 1 cm in size.
- 4
Step 4

Add the banana to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well. You can add vanilla sugar, but in my opinion, the banana flavor will be enough.
- 5
Step 5

Remove the core and peel the pear, then slice it into pieces about 0.5 cm thick. The pear should not be too soft.
- 6
Step 6

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place the cottage cheese mixture in it. Spread it evenly.
- 7
Step 7

And now press the pear slices into the cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 8
Step 8

And bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Definitely about 45 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Cut the warm and very tender casserole. See how it looks when sliced?
- 10
Step 10

Serve the casserole with jam, condensed milk, or simply with sour cream.
