Casserole
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Cottage cheese and semolina casserole is a very simple recipe. I usually make it for breakfast during New Year holidays, when all the salads are eaten up and have become more annoying than bitter radish. You crave simple homemade cheese pancakes, but don't really feel like spending time at the stove. The ingredients are very basic. I make a classic casserole, which is how my family likes it best, but if desired, you can add raisins, candied fruits, or dried berries. Today I'm sharing my recipe. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Put the cottage cheese into a deep dish, add salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything well.
- 2
Step 2

Add the eggs, sour cream, and semolina, and mix everything vigorously once again until a smooth, thick consistency is achieved.
- 3
Step 3

Grease the pan with butter and place the dough in it.
- 4
Step 4

Carefully smooth the surface, then use a spoon to create a beautiful pattern. This creates a frost-like design, as if on glass.
- 5
Step 5

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25–30 minutes. When the casserole is baked, let it cool in the pan inside the oven. Then serve.
