1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and dry. Grate on a fine grater, add salt and pepper, mix. Place half of the mixture immediately into a frying pan with oil.

2. Grate the cheese as well. Sprinkle it over the potato mixture. Chop the olives and also arrange them in a single layer.

3. You can add herbs, spices, salt, and pepper to taste on top of the cheese. Then add the remaining potato mixture.

4. Slightly press the casserole down with your hands and fry over medium heat for ten minutes. Then pour over another spoonful of oil and flip. Fry for the same amount of time. Done!
