Semolina casserole in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pudding is an excellent meal that you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or even serve as a dessert during tea time. And if you add berries or drizzle it with your favorite jam, it becomes incredibly delicious. That's why I'd like to share with you a classic recipe for semolina pudding made in a multicooker. The cooking principle is the same as on the stove, but using a multicooker is much more convenient, and I'm confident the result will be excellent. Use this simple semolina pudding recipe in a multicooker every day, experiment with fillings, and delight your loved ones with the wonderful taste of childhood. 1) Pour milk into a saucepan and place over heat. When it comes to a boil, gradually add the semolina while constantly stirring, and add salt. Cook for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and stir in a piece of butter. 2) In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and whisk with a whisk. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the cooked porridge and stir well. 3) Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and transfer the mixture into it. Set the "Baking" mode for 50–55 minutes. When the pudding is ready, the multicooker will beep. If desired, drizzle the pudding with jam and serve. Serve the finished dish immediately.
