Description

Goes wonderfully with tea or coffee. Any pasta works for this recipe, and you can confidently experiment with the filling. I used chicken mince, but you can replace it with pork, beef, or turkey. Mushrooms are an excellent substitute or addition to this dish, and sausages are a lovely option for a kids’ table. This recipe saves the day when you have leftover pasta from yesterday’s dinner and no one feels like eating it plain. Bake it with meat, processed meats or cold cuts, or vegetables, and it will take on a whole new character. Hearty and very tasty indeed! Take note: serve chilled or slightly warm.
