It can be served on its own or as a side dish. You will need: potatoes, mushrooms, onion, carrot, bacon, sour cream, cheese, and spices to taste. Let's start cooking. The baked dish is ready.     1. Soak the mushrooms in hot water for about two hours, then drain the water and rinse them. Boil the mushrooms for about half an hour, then fry them in a skillet with added oil. Pre-cook the potatoes until half or fully done, then slice them into 1-centimeter-thick pieces. Place half of the sliced potatoes onto a greased baking tray.

    2. Peel and rinse the onion, then chop it finely. Peel and wash the carrot, then grate it. Sauté the onion and carrot in a frying pan, then place them on top of the boiled potatoes.
