
Potato casserole with canned fish
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Boil the potatoes beforehand. Then slice them into rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Spread the mixture of canned fish and sour cream over the potatoes, then top with cheese. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve the finished dish immediately.

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Let cool completely, then peel. Slice into rounds. Line a baking dish with foil and grease with oil. Place the potato slices tightly in a single layer.

Transfer the canned fish to a bowl. Remove the large backbone bones. Add sour cream and mash everything with a fork. Spread the resulting mixture over the potatoes.
