Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a variation on mushroom julienne. Perfect for a family lunch or dinner. You can optionally add chicken fillet to make it more filling. It's very easy to prepare and turns out absolutely delicious. Serve hot.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into julienne strips.

Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until almost cooked. At the end, add salt to taste.

Transfer the potatoes to a plate for now, and place the onion cut into feathers on the same skillet.

Sauté the onion until soft.

Add the sliced mushrooms.

Cook, stirring, until all the liquid has evaporated.

Separately, dry roast the flour in a skillet until it turns creamy in color.

Add milk and cream. Whisk thoroughly to avoid lumps, then add the mushrooms sautéed with onions.
