
Boiled chicken casserole

Prepare all ingredients. Boil the chicken ahead of time in salted water and let it cool slightly. Both ready-cut fillets and any chicken parts will work. I used drumsticks.

Beat the eggs with salt.

Add milk and sour cream. Stir.

Add the flour, baking soda, and spices.

Mix everything until smooth, then add the cheese grated on the coarse side of a grater. Set aside about 50 grams for the top.

Grease the pan with oil. Dust the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Spread the prepared batter (or mixture) in the pan and level it with a spoon.
