
Cottage cheese and semolina casserole in a multicooker
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. A tender and airy casserole, similar to a soufflé, will definitely please you. Any fat content cottage cheese works for the preparation, but it should not be watery. If you don’t have any, increase the amount of semolina in the recipe, bringing the batter to the consistency of liquid sour cream. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients.

To give the casserole a more delicate flavor, pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend it until smooth.

Add semolina, baking powder, vanillin and yolks.

Mix. Add kefir.

Mix everything once more and let it sit for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells. Then whisk the mixture until smooth. Separately whisk the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form and gradually fold them into the cottage‑cheese mixture.

Carefully mix and pour the batter into the butter‑oiled bowl of the multicooker. The batter should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Sprinkle semolina on the bottom and sides of the bowl. Cook on the "bake" setting. Then turn off the multicooker and, without opening the lid, let the casserole sit for another 15 minutes.
