Sift the cottage cheese through a sieve to remove any large lumps. Alternatively, you can blend it using a blender (or simply buy cottage cheese of suitable consistency in blocks).

In a separate container, break two raw chicken eggs and add sugar to them. Beat the eggs with sugar until smooth, then pour the mixture into the cottage cheese.

Rinse the raisins and add them to the other ingredients. Also add half of the semolina, baking soda, and sour cream to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
