
Cottage cheese and semolina casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Thanks to the semolina, the casserole holds its shape, yet unlike flour, it doesn't make the dessert dense. Don't overdo the semolina—don't add too much. You can add cinnamon, vanilla or almond extract. Slice and serve the casserole only after it has cooled down. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and whisk until foamy. Do not wait for the sugar granules to dissolve.

2. Place the cottage cheese (store-bought or homemade) in a bowl with the egg yolks.

3. Melt the butter and add it to the cottage cheese, then blend using an immersion blender. Add semolina to the bowl.
