Raw Potato Casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Oh, how delicious this casserole is with sour cream-garlic sauce and fresh dill!.. Then again, it disappears from the table in mere minutes even when served with homemade ketchup. Let's be honest—some people even manage to use this casserole as a snack with beer. Although, of course, this option is only suitable for those who don't struggle with excess weight; sadly, I can't allow myself that. But from time to time, I retrieve this raw potato casserole recipe from my old notebook, and this tasty dish reappears on our family table. If you skip dessert after dinner, you can definitely treat yourself. Serve hot.

Mix the grated potatoes with 2/3 of the grated cheese, minced garlic, and the egg-sour cream mixture. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Serve directly from the dish or cut into portions like a pie on individual plates.
