
Spaghetti casserole
Description
Spaghetti casserole will appeal to both adults and children. It's made with your favorite ground meat, spaghetti, cottage cheese, eggs, and spices. The spaghetti and meat are cooked on the stove, then baked in the oven. The result is a layered, hearty dish that I'm sure will become one of your favorites.

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Place a frying pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil, and add the ground meat. Add diced onion to the meat.

2. Add the peeled and diced bell pepper to the minced meat and onion.

3. Fry the meat mixture with vegetables, stirring, until the pepper and onion become soft and the meat is cooked.

4. Then add chopped canned tomatoes, tomato puree or paste, sugar, oregano, and salt to the meat mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.

5. Place the cooked spaghetti on a plate, pour over melted butter. Mix with a fork.

6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork or whisk. Add the egg mixture to the spaghetti and mix well.
