Prepare all the ingredients.

Remove the zest from the lemon, then squeeze the juice.

Add sugar, vanilla flavoring, semolina, vegetable oil, lemon zest, and juice to the soy okara. Mix everything thoroughly; you can use your hands.

Rinse the raisins in warm water and pat dry. Add to the soy mixture and mix.

Place the soybean mass in a greased baking dish. Press down firmly. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 40–45 minutes.
