Spinach casserole

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Read about it in my instructions. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Peel the potatoes, wash them, and boil in salted water until cooked.

    Wash the spinach and sauté for 2 minutes in butter in a frying pan. Then add chopped garlic, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain any liquid that has formed.

    Mash the potatoes into a puree. Add a little butter and 2/3 of the grated cheese.

    Grease the molds. Place 2/3 of the purée, then spinach on top, and the remaining purée. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.
