Liver and rice casserole
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. As you may have noticed, this liver and rice casserole recipe falls into the category of dietary and healthy meals—a real delicacy! But if you prefer more "down-to-earth" food, beef liver can be used instead of chicken liver. Just keep in mind that it's advisable to soak the beef liver in milk beforehand and to bake the casserole a bit longer. The same goes for cream— if you'd like an even simpler version of this liver and rice casserole, replace the cream with mayonnaise. This will make the liver more tender and the casserole juicier. Happy cooking! The dish is now ready to be served.
