
Carrot casserole
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Carrot casserole is both healthy and delicious. Children especially love it. And if your child doesn't like carrots, this simple carrot casserole recipe will come to your rescue. Just don't tell your child what this tasty dish is made of :) That's exactly what I did. You can eat the casserole both hot and cold, with sour cream or jam, for breakfast or dinner. I'll tell you how. Serve the finished dish at the table.

Pour the semolina with kefir and leave it for at least half an hour so that it swells slightly.

Peel the carrots and grate finely. If your child enjoys eating carrots, you can grate them coarsely instead.

Slightly sauté the grated carrots in a frying pan. To do this, melt about 20 grams of butter and add about 50 grams of water. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.

To the semolina with kefir, add cooled carrots, sugar, salt, and baking soda neutralized with lemon juice or vinegar. You can also add a little vanilla sugar or cinnamon. Mix well.

Add the eggs to the resulting mixture and mix well.

Grease the baking pan with oil and pour in the prepared batter. Bake in a preheated oven for 35–40 minutes at 180–200 degrees.
