
Semolina casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Be sure to try this classic semolina casserole in your kitchen—you can leave it plain, or add raisins, like I do. I've also seen variations with dried fruits, apples, or nuts—all turn out delicious. So feel free to experiment, and I hope this simple semolina casserole recipe will delight you. Serve warm.

1. Place the milk in a saucepan and set it over low heat.

2. As soon as it boils, add the semolina. You can use less if you see that the porridge is already thick enough. Don't forget to stir!

3. Boil for about five minutes. Remove from heat.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and butter.

5. Using a blender or whisk by hand, mix until smooth.

6. Mix our porridge from the saucepan into this mixture.

7. Bring to a smooth consistency, add a handful of raisins (as I do), a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon—whatever your imagination suggests—and bake in a preheated oven for half an hour.
