
Pasta and zucchini casserole
Description
Homemade baked treat for tea. Not quite a typical combination of ingredients, but the casserole turns out delicious and tender. To make the dish more filling, I added a little minced meat; if desired, it can be omitted or replaced with any other meat product. Keep this recipe handy. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sauté the minced meat with onion, carrot, salt, and spices until half-cooked, breaking up any lumps with a spatula.

Boil the pasta in salted water and drain it in a colander.

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Transfer it to a deep bowl.

Add boiled pasta and minced meat.

Then add sour cream, eggs, and salt to taste.

Mix everything well and transfer to a baking dish greased with oil. The bottom and sides can be sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20–25 minutes.
