
Potato mash casserole in a multicooker

Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, and boil until fully cooked. Mash them into a puree using a potato masher. Transfer the puree to a bowl. Add cottage cheese sieved through a sieve, finely chopped dill, salt, flour, baking powder, and beat in two eggs.

Thoroughly mix the ingredients to avoid lumps. If desired, you can use a mixer or a special attachment in a food processor.

Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil so that the dish does not stick to its walls during cooking. Place the potato-cottage cheese mixture into the prepared container and smooth it with a spatula.

Grease the dish with sour cream on top. It's better to use sour cream with medium fat content. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode and cook the dish for about thirty minutes until fully done.
