1. First, we need to prepare the minced meat. I usually buy ready-made, but if you have the chance to make it homemade — that would be even better. Add an egg to the minced meat, season with salt and spices to taste, then mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes uniform in consistency.

2. Boil the potatoes, mash them with the addition of butter and two eggs. Beat thoroughly. Meanwhile, grease the baking dish.

3. Place the mashed potato as the first layer, spread the minced meat on top, and cover with another layer of mashed potato.
