
Potato puree casserole with chicken

1. First of all, gather all the ingredients needed to prepare the dish.

2. Wash the chicken fillet, pat it dry, and cut into small pieces. Place a frying pan over heat, add oil, put in the meat, and fry it.

3. Mash the mashed potatoes, add 2 eggs, put in sour cream and mix. The mixture will become smooth and uniform.

4. Wash the herbs, dry them with a paper towel, and finely chop with a knife or scissors.

5. Add the prepared greens to the mashed potatoes and mix again, then season with salt and pepper.
