
Buckwheat casserole with minced meat

The recipe won't take much time. Want to diversify your diet without spending much on expensive ingredients? Make a buckwheat and minced meat casserole using whatever you have on hand. You can use leftover buckwheat or cook it fresh—it will be equally delicious. Choose any minced meat you prefer; I used pork. Have a wonderful day. Serve hot.

Boil buckwheat in salted water. Fry the meat with onion in a pan. Add spices to taste.

Place the buckwheat into a greased baking dish.

Place the meat mixture with onion on top of the buckwheat.

Beat the eggs with milk, add a pinch of salt. Pour the casserole with the resulting mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to soak. Meanwhile, preheat the oven and place the casserole inside for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
