Cottage cheese casserole made with baby cottage cheese
Description
The baked good comes together simply and quickly. Agusha cottage cheese has a smooth, fairly runny texture, so the finished mixture will be quite liquid—but that is exactly what makes it soft like a soufflé. If you use cottage cheese with fruit or berry mix-ins, you can skip the sugar. If you use plain, like I did, sweeten it well and add berries or fruit pieces if you like. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl, add the semolina, and crack in the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 3
Step 3

Add the berries and sugar, mix everything together, and let stand for 15 minutes so the semolina can swell.

Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until done. When the time is up, take out the dish with the casserole and let it cool.
