Cauliflower casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish turns out very tender, delicious, and aromatic. The cauliflower is first boiled, then baked in a sour cream and egg sauce under a cheesy crust. For a more vivid and rich flavor, I suggest preparing the casserole with cauliflower enriched with juicy ham, tender boiled potatoes, and fragrant green onions. Even if you don't particularly like cauliflower, you will surely enjoy it in this version. I highly recommend giving it a try. Serve hot.
