Easter bread casserole made from stale kulich

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade baked treat for tea. This incredibly easy casserole will be a real lifesaver if you have a few stale Easter breads left after the holiday. The best part is that you can replace bananas and cherries with any other fruits or berries—such as blueberries, frozen raspberries, or dried fruits. This cake is especially delicious when served with warm milk or a cup of coffee. The milk and egg mixture not only binds the casserole together, but also softens it, making it even more aromatic. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.
