
White fish and shrimp casserole in tomato sauce
Description
For the casserole, you can use fillet of any white fish. Mackerel will add extra flavor and aroma to the dish. It's easy to clean and has no small bones. Just mix sour cream, eggs, and tomato sauce. Pour the mixture over small pieces of fish, shrimp, and place the dish in a preheated oven to bake. See the simple recipe below.

Gut the mackerel, remove the fins, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.

Prepare the remaining ingredients. Thaw the shrimp at room temperature, grind the oat flakes.

Beat the eggs with sour cream, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and mix.

Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with crushed oatmeal.

Cut off the tail and head of the fish, remove the skin, and cut the fish into pieces. Pour the egg-tomato sauce into a baking dish. Add the fish pieces and shrimp. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
