The casserole is made with chanterelles and oyster mushrooms, though you can use button mushrooms instead—though the taste will be slightly different. Serve hot, but it's also quite good cold. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Meanwhile, sauté the chopped onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms, pour in the broth and sour cream. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add spices to taste.
