Casserole without semolina
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cottage cheese casserole is a delicious and healthy dessert that can be prepared with fresh or frozen berries, various fruits (in pieces or mashed). A casserole without semolina will be more tender and moist or juicy, as semolina absorbs the liquid released during baking. This casserole can be served not only as a dessert, but also for breakfast, or as a tasty and healthy snack. It goes well with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I put the cottage cheese into a bowl and mash it with a fork, or sieve it (but that's a long and labor-intensive process).
- 2
Step 2

2. Into a bowl with the cottage cheese, I break chicken eggs one by one.
- 3
Step 3

3. Then add granulated sugar (you can replace it with powdered sugar).
- 4
Step 4

4. After adding sugar, I add a little salt and half a teaspoon of baking soda, then mix everything together.
- 5
Step 5

5. Add wheat flour one tablespoon at a time. If the cottage cheese is more moist, slightly increase the amount of flour, but not too much, so as not to overpower the casserole.

Step 6

6. I use frozen blackcurrants (you can use fresh ones or any other berries), and I add the berries without thawing them beforehand.
- 7
Step 7

7. Gently mix, making sure the berries remain whole.
- 8
Step 8

8. Grease a baking dish with any oil (butter or vegetable oil) and spoon the cottage cheese mixture into it.
- 9
Step 9

9. Place the casserole in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 10

10. I let the casserole cool slightly, then cut it into pieces and serve.
