Baking salmon
Description
Among a wide variety of options, it's hard to choose. There's no need to wrap the fish in foil or parchment paper; it is cooked on a rack in the oven. It goes well with any spices, vegetables, and side dishes. Bake the fillet whole, then cut it into pieces before serving. Serve the dish immediately after baking.
