
Baked Chicken Liver Pâté

Prepare all the ingredients.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onion.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Heat the onions and mushrooms in a pan and add the liver.

Mix everything and fry over medium heat for about 5–6 minutes, until the liver is cooked through.

To see how evenly you’ve cut the bacon pieces, lay them side by side, cover with plastic wrap, and roll a rolling pin over them. That will flatten all the wrinkles in the bacon.

Now place the bacon in a baking dish, leaving the edges hanging over the sides. Place the liver on top of the bacon.

Wrap the liver in bacon. Place another piece of bacon on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about an hour. The appetizer is ready!,)
